1. Account Registration

To access our courses, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Courses and Enrollment

We provide online Physics coaching specifically targeted toward NEET, JEE Main, and JEE Advanced examinations.

Enrollment is specific to the course selected during the registration process and is non-transferable to another student.

3. Payments, Fees, and Taxes

All payments for course registrations must be made in full through our integrated payment gateway before accessing the course content.

Prices for courses are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect courses you have already purchased.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis, minus applicable processing fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All study materials, video lectures, notes, test series, graphics, and website content are the sole intellectual property of Physics by SM Sir.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the material for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

Downloading, recording, sharing, reproducing, or distributing our content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and legal action will be pursued.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality education and strategies to crack competitive exams, we do not guarantee specific ranks, selection, or scores in NEET or JEE. Success depends entirely on individual student effort and performance.

We are not liable for any temporary website downtime, internet disruptions, or technical issues on the user's end.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mandla/Madhya Pradesh.
